Description
Troy University in Partnership with the Macon Russell Community Action Agency, TEARS and the Phenix CIty Housing Authority will be hosting the 2023 Community Fall Festival. Please come join us at the TROY Riverfront Campus. There will be candy, food, games and music. There will also be a costume contest for the little ones.
