Required documents: driver’s license or other form of ID; vaccination card if getting a booster shot
**Please arrive by 1:15pm at the latest and be prepared to wait 15 minutes after your shot for a standard observation period.**
Why should you get a booster shot?
Primary series of vaccinations continue to be highly effective in reducing risk of severe disease, hospitalization, and death due to COVID-19. However, antibody levels may start to decline several months after initial vaccination. Booster shots offer additional protection and can provide the immune system with a “boost” to promote higher levels of antibodies. Go to cdc.gov for more information.

More information:
- The CDC recommends everyone ages 5 and up get a COVID-19 vaccine.
- For some immunocompromised people, including children, the CDC now recommends an additional (third) dose of the vaccine to complete the primary series.
