Community partners, city officials, and chamber of commerce members will gather to celebrate the growth and development of yet another micro-business in Columbus, GA birthed out of the need to teach practical self-care and wellness practices that support well-being during a global pandemic and other life transitions.

Holistic Lifestyle Retreats help our clients reconnect with the peace and tranquility found in nature, allowing them to experience the benefits of an environmental detox.

Wellness classes include introductions to food label reading, pantry makeovers, food & mood, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, massage, and journal writing.
